Statement from the Steering Committee of National Benedictines For Peace

Saddened by violence, challenged by the tragic, brutal death of George Floyd, racism, and by aggression toward peaceful protesters, Benedictines for Peace is moved by the charism of Peace. We model a nonviolent way of life as we advocate for justice. We pray for all in our nation that the love of Christ may transform us and that we may know peace in our hearts and in our world.
